The One Reality is this very moment, luminous and free, just as it is.

My name is Jake Yeager. I’m piloting a nondual coaching journey designed to help people:

  • find greater peace, presence, and authenticity.
  • experience the One Reality of all things.

This page has more about me, the journey, and how to participate.

But first, see if the journey would serve you by meeting Casey.

Meet Casey

Casey asked big questions for as long as she can remember. Her mother passed away when she was little, and she’s always wondered, “What’s the point? Is life just pain and confusion?”

Partly due to trauma she suffered at her mom’s death, Casey finds that her mind is always running. She tends to judge and overthink, which fuels anxiety, shame, and doubt. She wants to be more present, but her mind often turns to past regrets and worries about the future. Finally, she finds herself hemmed in by fears, and she wishes she could be more authentic, more fully herself.

In her search for answers, Casey has tried many things, including psychedelics, meditation retreats, and studying nonduality. These have helped some, but she remains dissatisfied, like she’s “not there yet.” She longs to directly experience the One Reality, but feels that she’s not good enough, not spiritual enough.

Casey is ready to go deeper by looking closely at what causes her suffering and blinds her from the One Reality. She has a strong desire to realize peace and Truth.

Casey is a composite of seekers I’ve met. If you resonate with her story, you would likely find the journey enjoyable and valuable. 🌻

Now a little about me before I share about the journey.

My Story

A picture of myself.

I’m passionate about helping people realize abiding Nonduality and peace. When I was a kid, I experienced significant trauma, which caused fear, shame, and a strong desire to know the meaning of life. I sought peace and Truth for 20 years, receiving help from many teachers, guides, and friends. If it wasn’t for them, I may never have realized “Heaven on Earth.” So, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting people on the path.

My trauma surfaced fully during college. I was depressed, anxious, and had an eating disorder. I wanted a way out, but didn’t see one. To express myself I wrote poetry inspired by the Tao Te Ching.

My college advisor read my poems and suggested I take a course in Zen. I enrolled, and it was everything I was looking for. I started practicing and didn’t stop. Over many years I did Zen meditation and self-inquiry, took psychedelics, practiced surrender, and listened to radical nonduality. As a result, my depression and eating disorder disappeared, and anxiety abated.

Then in Feb 2023, I died. While making lunch, the self was recognized as an illusion. It was clear that the One Reality is here and now and always has been. Since then, there has been abiding Nonduality and growing peace and stillness.

This video shares about my path. You can also find details here.

How I came to this work

A few years out of college, I couldn’t decide what to do. Do I continue trading stocks in hopes of becoming a philanthropist, or do I help others now? A deep intuition inside me said that helping others would be most fulfilling. So, I quit my trading job.

Over the next 15 years, I served as a welfare case worker, mental health service manager, and leadership coach. I found the work satisfying, energizing, and motivating. I was also naturally skilled at it.

During this time, I felt that if I ever realized abiding Nonduality, then I would help others do the same. After the illusion of self disappeared, it has naturally unfolded that I am uniting my passions for Nonduality and serving others.

I now use coaching skills, in-depth experience with spiritual practices, and abiding insight into the One Reality to help guide those on the path.

Through Jake’s coaching I learned this is about life and cultivating a deeper sense of well-being that directly impacts how you show up in the world. Jake helped me see this clearly and supported me in practices to weave this new mindset into my everyday life. He listened deeply, shared tools with me, and gently nudged me when I needed it. Thank you, Jake!

Nondual Coaching Journey

I’m piloting a nondual coaching journey designed to help people:

  • find greater peace, presence, and authenticity.
  • experience the One Reality of all things.

After completing the journey, you will likely be more at peace and have experienced the One Reality. 🌺

You will also have a really strong foundation for further deepening after the journey.

Journey overview

  • Focused, 5-step process over 3 months.
  • Introduces practices that eliminate ego-based thoughts, which cause suffering and obscure the One Reality.
  • Provides flexibility for you to do practices you like and that work for you.
  • Uses techniques that spark insight into the One Reality—these have worked for me and for many others.

What’s included in the coaching journey?

The journey includes coaching, support, and community:

Coaching

  • 10 virtual, weekly, private, 1:1 sessions of 1.5 hours each
  • Practice instructions
  • Reflection worksheets
  • Guided meditations

Support

Private text support between sessions. I am generally available weekdays from 6am – 3pm EST and try to respond within half a day.

Community

  • Monthly virtual meetings for journey-goers to ask questions and dialogue with me and each other.
  • Online community chat to ask questions, celebrate wins, and get support and encouragement.

What steps are on the journey?

Step 1: Examine thoughts and beliefs (1 session)

To get started we dig into the thoughts that sabotage your peace, presence, and authenticity, and we examine what you believe it’s like to experience the One Reality. Taking inventory lays the foundation for deep work and identifies potential blocks. You will know exactly what to let go of.

Step 2: Pick your practice (1 session)

Practices are useful for clearing away thoughts that obscure the peace we already are. Together we’ll choose one or two practices that appeal to you and that you want to test out. Then, we can identify your practice schedule and how you want to remain accountable. You’ll know your method for letting go and have a supportive structure for sticking to it.

Step 3: Cultivate peace, presence, and authenticity (4 sessions)

The key to practices is doing them! It’s also important to find the practice that works best for you right now. We’ll test out various practices and adjust as we go. As you release thoughts that trip you up, your peace, presence, and authenticity will grow, and you will remove obstacles to experiencing the One Reality of all things.

Step 4: Experience the One Reality (3 sessions)

The One Reality is already here, but our thoughts and beliefs obscure it. We’ll go through a guided process for experiencing the One Reality directly. To stabilize any insight, we’ll have some Q&A, and you will continue practicing between sessions. There’s a high chance you’ll have at least an initial glimpse of the One Reality.

Step 5: Amplify gains (1 session)

The end is only the beginning. We’ll reflect on your progress, and you will establish a plan for deepening the process. This will set you up to make peace and the One Reality even more prominent in your daily life.

The journey is for those who…

  • Deeply desire to find greater peace, presence, and authenticity in their life.
  • Want to experience the One Reality directly.
  • Are willing to be honest with themselves.
  • Love the idea of others supporting them.

The journey is not right for those who…

  • Don’t have time or interest to work on releasing painful thoughts.
  • Only want to hang out with other “spiritual” people.
  • Skip around a lot and don’t like to finish things.
  • Have a serious mental health disorder, like bipolar, schizophrenia, or severe PTSD.

How the journey begins

We’ll decide together when to start based on what works for us.

I’ll provide access to Discord, where you can text me and connect with other journey-goers.

Discord is a free, online instant messaging service that is easily accessible on your computer and phone.

Pricing

You can set your own price and pay after you complete the journey.

What you pay depends on the value you get and your financial means. At the end of the journey, I’ll help you decide what you want to contribute.

You can pay whatever you want, but it’d be great if you chose a price from $100 – $800.

This makes the coaching journey accessible to anyone, anywhere. It also provides me feedback on the value you received from the journey.

In addition to setting your own price, I ask that you please provide feedback at the midpoint and end of the journey. This will help me refine the journey for future participants.

How to Participate

During the chat, we can get to know each other, determine if we are a good fit, and see if the coaching journey will likely serve your needs.

I can also answer any questions you have.

Thank you! 🙏

The ego feels less serious now. Chat with Jake to find out whether this is something for you.

If there is a practice not on this list that a participant is very passionate about doing, I am glad to explore that with them.

What techniques do you use to spark insight into the One Reality?

In addition to the various practices mentioned above, I point to direct experience and use guided inquiry to help spark insight into the One Reality. These approaches were pioneered by Fred Davis, Liberation Unleashed, Greg Goode, and radical nonduality speakers.

What teachers have you worked with?

My primary teacher was Gary Weber, whom I worked with for 6 years. I also listened to radical nonduality speakers Tony Parsons and Jim Newman.
